AA Comfort – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with AA Comfort. We aim to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience. Please review our Shipping Policy below.


1. Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–10 business days

  • International: Currently not offered

Shipping times may vary during holidays, high‑volume periods, or due to carrier delays.


2. Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including:

  • The original shipping fee at checkout

  • Return shipping costs if a return is requested

Shipping fees are non‑refundable, even if the customer receives free shipping due to promotions.


3. Free Shipping

We may offer free shipping promotions (e.g., free shipping over $35).
When free shipping is applied:

  • Only the order value qualifies

  • Customer still pays return shipping if returning the item


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.


5. Incorrect Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If a package is:

  • Delivered to the wrong address

  • Returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address

The customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

AA Comfort is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages caused by the shipping carrier

  • Delivery delays due to the carrier

  • Weather disruptions or peak season slowdowns

However, we will always do our best to help locate or resolve issues.


7. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Include photos of the damage + packaging

We will replace the item at no cost to you.


8. Delivery Confirmation

Once a carrier marks the package as Delivered, AA Comfort is not responsible for missing packages.
Please contact the carrier directly for investigations.
