1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Item must be unused and in original condition

Item must be in the original packaging

Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
Items that are worn, damaged, or not in original condition are not eligible for returns.
2. Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including:

The original shipping cost at checkout

The shipping cost to return the item
Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
If a refund is approved, only the cost of the item will be refunded.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after approval.
4. Exchanges
Because inventory changes quickly, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different color or size, please return your item and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or we made a mistake:

We will send a replacement at no cost to you
This is the ONLY time we cover shipping.
6. Non‑Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Clearance or final sale items

8. Late or Missing Refunds
